摘 要

发展到今天，伴随着电子商务的蓬勃发展，物流也开始大踏步向前发展。而物流成本的控制也成为企业增加利润的重要途径。而作为物流两大支柱之一的仓储成本，更是需要企业重点考虑的对象。

库存管理和库存优化的目标是在保证顾客服务水平的前提下使成本降到最低，提高仓库存储和使用效率。根据企业自身与众不同的发展状况合理进行仓储及库存管理，优化企业库存结构，降低库存成本。供应链环境下，如何进行仓储，如何实施库存战略，针对在供应链中的所处的环节有不同的方式方法。如何将下游客户的需求与上游供应商的供给结合起来来降低企业甚至整个供应链的成本是制造商需要重点考虑的。

本文以某生产企业为研究对象，简要介绍企业的发展情况和经营模式，并分析了在企业按订单生产的经营模式和变幻莫测的市场环境下，企业的三个自有仓库的库存现状和存在的一些问题。提出企业应该将库存管理上升到整个供应链中，充分利用上游供应商的优势实施供应商管理库存战略，对企业内部结合企业特点进行ERP的整改，完善物流信息系统，完善电子商务和供应商和客户的评估机制进行关系管理。从内到外进行仓储及库存成本的控制。

Research on Logistics Cost Control of A Manufacturing Enterprise

Abstract

Until today, with the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics also began moving forward. And the control of logistics cost has become an important way to increase profits. And as one of the two pillars of logistics,storage costs is the object that the enterprise needs to focus on.

The goal of the optimization of inventory management and inventory is in the guarantee under the premise of the level of customer service cost to a minimum, improve warehouse storage and use efficiency. According to the enterprise own distinctive development，the enterprise needs to conduct reasonable warehousing and inventory management, optimize the structure of enterprise inventory, reduce inventory costs. Under the environment of supply chain, how to storage, how to implement the strategy of inventory,In the supply chain, there are different ways and means of the link in the supply chain.How to make downstream customers demand with upstream suppliers supply together to reduce the enterprise and even the cost of the whole supply chain is manufacturers need to focus on .

This paper takes a production enterprise as the research object, will give a brief introduction of the enterprise development and the management mode, and analyzes in the business model of production buy order and the changing market environment, some problems of enterprise three own warehouse inventory status. The enterprise should rise in inventory management to the whole supply chain in, make full use of the advantage of upstream suppliers implementation of vendor managed inventory strategy, the enterprise combined with enterprise characteristics of ERP of rectification, improve the logistics information system, perfect the evaluation mechanism of electronic commerce and the suppliers and customers relationship management. Reduce storage and inventory cost control from inside to outside.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景和意义

我国是社会主义社会，社会主义的本质是解放和发展生产力。十一届三中全会实行改革开放，使我党的工作重心转移到经济建设中来，中共十四大确定我国建立社会主义市场经济体制，十八大三中全会更是提出要使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用。三十几年来，我国经济蓬勃发展，市场也成为了充满竞争力的市场，但也正因如此，企业间的竞争也越来越强。弱肉强食这一亘古不变的定理无论用在什么行业都是适用的，当然其中包括了制造业。

现如今机电制造业已是发展的非常成熟，客户的需求越来越多元化，市场竞争越发激烈,正因为如此也导致机电生产商之间的竞争越发白热化。在这样的情况下，在保证输出的前提下，最大程度的缩减企业各项成本往往也能使企业在市场中赢得优势，从另一层面增加企业利润，扩大企业规模，使之相比同行业的其他企业更加具有经营优势。物流一直被称为“第三利润源”，降低物流成本对企业提高市场竞争力有着不可替代的作用。仓储作为物流的一项重要功能，合理有效的进行库存控制从而缩减企业物流成本就显得至关重要。而自二十世纪八十年代来，制造业已经在新的制造技术和战略上投入了大量资源，降低了成本，所以，为了能更进一步的节流，在于供应链的有效管理。而如何将供应链与仓储及库存控制有效结合将成为机电制造企业需要解决的命题。

1.2 研究目的和内容

机电制造业受不确定因素的影响非常大，无论是季节、政策或是项目工程都会给企业的生产造成影响，在这样的情况下，如何开源节流就显得十分重要。在物流中，仓储承担了改变“物”的时间状态的重任，是物流中与运输并列的两大支柱之一，因此，仓储成本及与仓储有关的库存成本的有效管理就成了改善企业经营，增加利润的重要途径。库存能够消除企业产品的生产和消费间的时间差异，创造时间效应，保证企业各项活动能够连续进行。但是，库存也是一种闲置资源，不恰当的库存会造成大量的资金占用，增加企业开支，造成浪费，对企业的发展形成阻碍。因此，对库存的控制研究就显得尤为重要。
