摘 要

21世纪以来，随着生产和管理技术的日益提高，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈。库存管理问题逐渐成为企业的关注要点。

A企业作为我国较大的零售企业，以客户的需求为导向，跟随连锁零售行业的发展潮流，建立了线上和线下两个方位的服务平台，并采用电子商务、连锁门店以及直购手册三位一体的经营模式。但就其库存管理模式的运用方面，仍存在着市场热度的判断不准确、安全库存的设置难以把握、库存周转率低等突出问题。

因此，针对A企业存在的库存管理问题，本文运用库存管理的相关理论，深入研究其库存管理模式，分析A企业库存管理问题产生的原因，结合相关库存管理方法提出针对性的解决对策，从而帮助该公司改善库存管理，降低库存成本，提高经济效益。本文提出的解决方案不仅可以帮助该公司提高库存周转率，优化库存结构，降低库存持有成本，改善库存管理，还可以对我国同类型企业的库存管理起到借鉴、指导作用。

An Enterprise inventory management problems and countermeasures research

Abstract

Since the 21st century, with the increasing of the production and management technology, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce. Has gradually become the attention points of enterprise inventory management problems.

Enterprise as A large retail enterprise in our country, take the customer demand as the guidance, follow the development of chain retail industry trend, set up two online and offline location service platform, and USES the electronic commerce, chain stores, and direct purchase the manual of the trinity management mode. But in the application of its inventory management model, there are still heat market judgment is not accurate, the safety stock setting is difficult to grasp, low inventory turns, outstanding problems.

Therefore, in view of A enterprise inventory management problems, this article applies the relevant theories of inventory management, further study of its inventory management model, to analyze the causes of A enterprise inventory management problems, combined with the related inventory management method is put forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to help the company improve inventory management, reduce the inventory cost, improve the economic benefit. The proposed solution can not only help the company improve inventory turnover rate, optimize inventory structure, reduce the inventory holding cost, improve inventory management, can also to our country the same type enterprise inventory management reference and guidance.
