摘 要

近几年来我国的物流业在部分城市发展较快，但仍处于发展阶段还存在许多不成熟的地方。电子商务的发展促进了物流业的发展，也让很多国外的物流企业看到了我国巨大的市场并开始进入我国，这给我国物流企业的发展带来了一定的压力。

市场风云变换，竞争日益激励，在这种情况下，国内物流企业想要在竞争中寻得优势必须注重物流成本的优化。深入了解企业自身的业务及流程，寻找适合企业的现代物流成本控制方法。上海美源国际物流是一家专业从事第三方物流管理、供应链运营方案策划的大型综合物流企业。近年来上海美源国际物流凭借自己的经营理念在中国的物流业开创了一块属于自己的天地，但面对市场的竞争，全球经济，速度经济的挑战，上海美源国际物流必须与时俱进，引进先进的物流管理技术，降低企业物流成本，制定适合自己企业的物流优化方案才能提高自己的竞争力在经济发展的长河中长远的发展下去。

本文通过研究一些成功物流企业的经营方式，对物流成本控制的方法来从中获取经验。通过对我国现代第三方物流的发展情况再结合上海美源国际物流这个第三方物流公司的案列来讨论物流成本优化的方法和途径，分析上海美源国际物流的发展现状及优缺点，在对第三方物流研究的基础上给上海美源国际物流的物流成本控制方法提出优化建议，希望能给该公司带去新思路新方法。

Abstract

In recent years, the logistics industry in our country has developed rapidly in some cities, but still in the development stage there are still many immature places. In the face of China"s logistics market opening to the outside world, the competition of logistics market is becoming more and more fierce in the background of some famous foreign transnational logistics enterprises.

With the need of economic development, the logistics enterprises in our country want to find the advantage in the competition must pay attention to the optimization of logistics cost. In depth understanding of enterprise"s own business and process, looking for suitable enterprise"s modern logistics cost control method. Shanghai Mei Yuan international logistics is a professional engaged in the third party logistics management, supply chain operations planning large-scale integrated logistics enterprise. In recent years, Shanghai international logistics by virtue of their business ideas in China"s logistics industry pioneered the a belongs to own world, but in the face of market competition, the global economy, speed of economic challenges, Shanghai international logistics must keep pace with the times, the introduction of advanced logistics management technology, logistics enterprises to reduce costs, develop suitable for their own business logistics optimization scheme to improve their competitiveness in the long history of economic development of long-term development.

In this paper, through the study of some successful logistics enterprises operating mode, the method of logistics cost control to gain experience. By the development of China"s modern third party logistics combined with Shanghai international logistics the third party logistics company cases to discuss the methods and ways of the optimization of logistics cost, Shanghai international logistics development status and its advantages and disadvantages, on the basis of study on the third party logistics to Shanghai international logistics logistics cost control method optimization suggestions are put forward, hoping to bring new ideas and new methods to the company.

1.1研究背景

（1）随着我国经济的不断发展，以及加入世界贸易组织后，与世界各国之间的经济联系更加密切，我国企业之间、我国企业与外国企业之间的文件、货物的往来更为频繁，这就促进了我国物流行业的发展。尤其是近年来，国家经济发展迅速，电子商务的崛起更是带动了物流业的发展，第三方物流已经成为很多电商企业能否高速发展的一个重要影响因素。购物方式的改变让多数消费者选择在网上购物，第三方物流业随着这种购物方式发展起来。

（2）我国的电子商务时代才刚刚开启，物流业的发展也才进入起步阶段，未来还有很多的发展机会，市场前景广阔，这成为我国第三方物流发展的环境基础，也成为吸引国外物流企业进入我国市场的重要原因。受发展水平的限制，我国物流企业极少涉及到国际业务，相反，不少国际快递公司却已经拓展了中国市场。
