摘 要

自中国改革开放以来，我国物流业与制造业的发展取得了长足的进步，但是整体协调程度不够，这成为两业发展的瓶颈。本文就南京市为样本进行分析，首先考察了中外两业互动发展现状，通过对比发现不足。另外具体收集了有关南京物流业和制造业有关数据，对南京市的两业发展优势和不足进行分析比较，并就南京市目前的制造业和物流业发展现状提出意见建议。

我们可以发现两业协调对制造业与物流业本身都具有无可替代的意义，制造业通过释放更多的物流需求从而促进物流业发展，另外物流业的发展为制造业提供优质的服务从而降低企业成本，提高生产效率。最后通过DEA分析，通过数据量化两业协调程度，发现南京市两业协调的不足，确立发展方向。在以上分析的基础上，结合实际具体提出两业联动优化策略。

Analysis on the linkage development mode of logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Nanjing City

Since China"s reform and opening up, China"s logistics industry and manufacturing industry has made considerable progress, but the overall level of coordination is not enough, which has become the bottleneck of the development of the two industry. In this paper, Nanjing city for the sample analysis, the first study of the current situation of the development of the two industry interaction, through the contrast found that the problem. Also specific collected relevant data about the Nanjing Logistics Industry and the manufacturing industry, of Nanjing city"s industry development advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and compared, and Nanjing, the manufacturing and logistics industry development status put forward opinions and suggestions.

We can find two industry coordination of manufacturing and logistics industry itself has an irreplaceable significance and manufacturing by releasing more logistics demand so as to promote the development of the logistics industry, also the development of logistics industry for manufacturing industry to provide quality services to reduce the enterprise cost, improve production efficiency. Finally through the DEA analysis, through quantitative data of two industry degree of coordination, found that the lack of Nanjing municipal industry coordination, establish the development direction. On the basis of the above analysis, combined with the actual specific proposed two industry linkage optimization strategy.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景及意义

自中国对外开放以来，我国物流业与制造业的发展取得了长足的进步，但是整体水平仍然较低。虽然制造业本身通过前期我国的人口红利吸引了大量发达国家加工组装工序的产业转移，但是制造的研发能力整体处于较弱的水平，产品的附加值不高。同时我国的物流业呈现出规模小、管理差、效率偏低的现状，难以满足现如今制造业进一步发展要求。因此物流业与制造业的两业联动将是破解物流业、制造业相互制约困境的有效途径。

两业联动将使制造业成为物流业发展的基石，为物流业提供更为优秀的设备和技术支持。另一方面，制造业后期的发展必须借助与物流业的结合，制造业通过与物流业的有效结合将使订单周期和存货周期得到大幅度的下降，从而降低企业成本。推动制造业和物流业联动发展，可以促进制造业转型升级，加速服务业发展，是一举两得的双赢措施。

1.2 研究内容和方法

本文首先对何为物流，物流产业联动，制造业等相关概念进行界定，然后通过对南京市制造业与物流业联动发展中出现的问题进行仔细的调查分析研究。着重根据南京市的具体问题具体分析，设法研究出优化方案，帮助南京市制造业企业更有效的利用现有的技术水平。提高企业的生产效率，企业在同行中的竞争力，使得它们能更主动地迎接未来的挑战。

本文主要通过查阅图书、期刊，并通过互联网搜索有关两业协动的有关资料，结合自己所学的知识与实践经历，针对南京市物流业与制造业联动发展现状整理出自己的观点、看法、意见。通过采用文献分析法、以国内外物流业与制造业联动发展作为对比，在此大背景下结合南京市有关情况，列事实、举例子、理论与实践结合，参考图书、网上资料、国内外研究、总结经验方法。给出自己的分析和建议。
