摘 要

库存管理是成为企业经营管理的重要问题之一。在当今激烈的市场竞争环境下，仅靠企业仅靠内部库存无法满足企业发展需求，必须在更大范围的供应链环境下分析库存管理模式，降低成本，提高效率。因此，开展这方面的研究，对于企业的未来发展具有实践意义和理论价值。

本文从库存管理的概念及库存管理的模式出发，分别介绍了库存管理问题的研究现状和不同形式下的库存管理模式的优缺点，同时又通过对于德诺汽修的企业概况、库存管理现状、库存管理中所存在的问题方面进行研究，对于库存管理模式进行深入了解后结合德诺汽修现有的库存管理模式，利用案例分析法以及归纳法等方法对德诺汽修现用的库存管理模式做出分析优化，着重通过研究找到最适合德诺汽修企业的库存管理的新方向。

本文得出结论如下：

1.针对德诺汽修的库存管理模式存在的问题，通过对原有模式进行改进，优化库存管理模式，得出德诺汽修零件管理应分类；

2.通过综合、全方位分析各方因素的影响，提出优库存成本的措施，优化订货周期及数量，实现企业规模扩大化。

Research on inventory management strategy De Nuo Garage

Abstract

The inventory management problem has been one of the important issues related to enterprise management.Especially in the market which has the current fierce competition, only relying on their own management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development.Companies need to consider the way for enterprises,reduce inventory management costs and improve efficiency under the environment of supply chain inventory management.Therefore, carrying out research in this area has practical significance and theoretical value to the development of the enterprise in the future .

The paper starts from the concept of inventory management and the mode of inventory management .Tnen it introduce the status of inventory management problems and the advantages and disadvantages of inventory management mode in different forms.At the same time,the paper research through the organisation profile of De Nuo garage ,the inventory management status and the problems existing in the inventory management.After the deep understanding of the inventory management mode ,the paper combines inventory management mode with De Nuo garage. the paper make optimization analysis for current inventory management mode of De Nuo garage using case analysis and induction and so on. The paper mainly through the research to find the most suitable directions for De Nuo garage in inventory management.

This paper draws the conclusion as follows:

First，aiming the problems of De Nuo garage in inventory management mode,through improving in original mode and optimizing inventory management mode,drawing that the parts of De Nuo garage should be classified management ;

Second, through the comprehensive analysis of the impact of the parties to the full range of factors, putting forward the measure of the optimal inventory costs,optimizing the order cycle and quantity, to achieve the scale of enterprises to expand.
