摘 要

随着科学技术的进步，人民生活水平的提高，一方面，厂家提供多样化和个性化的家电产品，来吸引消费者的眼球；另一方面，消费者也加快更迭家电产品的速度，转而选择功能更齐全、更加智能化的电子电器，因此人们淘汰或废弃的家电产品日益增多。对于资源的回收与再利用，废旧家电的回收再利用起到重要作用，并且牵涉到社会生活和生产的方方面面，要想发展循环经济、实施可持续发展，废旧家电逆向物流是不容小觑的问题。

长期以来，我国废旧家电回收利用一直处于较低水平，大多采用零散回收、火烧、填埋等低层次处理方式，不仅会阻碍规模经济效益的提高，还会严重污染环境，破坏生态平衡，因此迫切要求社会和企业加强旧家电逆向物流体系的建设。为了更好实施可持续发展战略，保护生态环境，科学环保、经济有效的废旧家电逆向物流体系的建立势在必行。

本文的研究目的在于分析研究废旧家电逆向物流的运作模式，探讨家电产品回收策略的可行性，生产企业从自身实际情况出发，选择合适的回收模式。对国美家电逆向物流的发展进行案例分析，总结其优劣势，并提出意见及建议，使得企业的回收逆向物流更快更好地发展。

The Reverse Logistics Operation Mode and Recycling System of Waste Household Appliances Building Research

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology, the improvement of people’s living standards, on the one hand, the manufacturer to provide diversified and personalized home appliance products, to attract the attention of consumers; On the other hand, consumers also speed up the change of electrical appliances product, turn to function more complete, more intelligent electronic appliances, so people out or waste electrical appliances product is increasing. For resource recycling and reusing, recycling of waste household appliances recycling play an important role, and involves all aspects of social life and product, to develop the circular economy, the implementation of sustainable development, the reverse logistics of waste household appliances in China has long been in a low, most of the scattered recycling,burning and landfill low-level approach, will not only improve the economic benefits of the block size, would seriously pollute the environment, destroy the ecological balance, so pressing for society and enterprises to strengthen the construction of old appliance reverse logistics system. In order to better implement the strategy of sustainable development, protect the ecological environment, science, environment protection, economic and effective reverse logistics system of waste household appliances is imperative.

The purpose of this study is to analysis and study of reverse logistics operation mode of waste household appliances, to study the feasibility of electrical appliances product recycling strategy, production enterprise from its own actual situation,choose the appropriate recovery mode. Case analysis on the development of gone electrical appliances reverse logistics, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, and put forward opinions and suggestions,made the enterprise faster and better development of reverse logistics.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景及意义

我国是电器生产和消费大国，随着科学技术的进步，人民生活水平的提高，一方面，厂家提供多样化和个性化的家电产品，来吸引消费者的眼球；另一方面，消费者也加快更迭家电产品的速度，转而选择功能更齐全、更加智能化的电子电器，因此人们淘汰或废弃的家电产品日益增多。

但是在这些被废弃的旧家电中，大部分仍具有较高的经济价值，其中很多是因为产品系统升级而遭废弃，它们的主要功能并未失效，可以通过回收维修继续使用；即使是功能失效的，组成这些产品的原材料，如铁、铝、塑料、有色金属等，都具有很高的回收利用价值，从这些电子产品中提取原材料比直接从金属矿物中提取的成本要低得多，因此，与普通的废旧产品相比，废旧家电有着很高的再利用价值和经济效益。另一方面，被淘汰、废弃的家电产品如若处理不当，将会造成严重的环境污染。我国废旧家电回收一直处于较低水平，大多采用零散回收、火烧、填埋等低层次处理方式，但是，家电产品大多结构复杂，组成材料种类繁多，并且有可能含有有毒有害物质，比如电视机显像管里的铅、电脑元件中的汞、砷等，低层次处理方式可能会对土壤、地下水、大气等带来环境污染的隐患，甚至威胁人类的健康。
