摘 要

随着社会的发展、经济的进步、生产力的提高，我国在农业生产技术和农产品贸易方面都获得了很大的发展，而且未来的发展空间巨大，因此农产品物流的发展也至关重要。我国现代农产品物流发展起步落后于世界发展，目前还处于略有发展的时期，发展水平也相对不高。传统的农产品物流模式已经不能与目前的农产品生产能力和农产品贸易水平相适应，已经不能够满足农产品流通的需要。此外，随着市场化的大环境的逐步深入，国内的农产品相关市场开放化程度也愈来愈高，国外的农产品物流企业也相继涌入我国的农产品物流市场，我国的农业发展模式和农产品物流模式势必会受到国外企业的影响，这也会在国内引起一场农产品物流模式的改革与创新。所以，对于企业来说，加强对现有农产品物流模式的研究与创新，努力提高模式带来的效率，尽可能在流通过程中增加农产品的价值，这时，寻找到一个高效的农产品物流模式显得意义非常。

本文主要是以现代物流理论为指导，依靠不同的分类方式对农产品物流模式进行了划分，在通过对目前主要的农产品物流模式各自的特点、使用条件及其实际的运行效果的对比分析之后，比较这些模式的优点与缺点，发掘它们的适用范围，并寻找各种模式的差异，从而归纳出如何根据不同的情况选择合适的农产品物流模式。最后，结合实际案例，通过对欣晨冷冻食品有限公司农产品物流模式的分析，寻找欣晨公司农产品物流模式存在的问题及其成因，并通过借鉴先进的农产品物流模式实例来提出对欣晨公司农产品物流模式的改进。

The Research on Agricultural Products Logistics of The Xinchen Frozen Food Co.

Abstract

With the social development, economic progress, improve productivity, our technical and agricultural trade in agricultural production have gained a lot of development, and the enormous room for future development, so the development of agricultural product logistics is also crucial.However, due to China"s agricultural logistics started relatively late, is still in the early stage of development, development is relatively backward. The traditional logistics model has been unable to produce with the current agricultural production capacity and adapt the level of agricultural trade, it has been able to meet the needs of agricultural products circulation. In addition, with the opening of the domestic agricultural markets, foreign logistics companies seek to enter China"s agricultural market, foreign advanced agricultural development model as well as the industrialization of agriculture model is bound to influence and lead the changes in China"s agriculture and related industrial development model and business model and development. In particular, foreign advanced agricultural logistics model will revolutionize the traditional agricultural products and the development of domestic models. Therefore, to enhance awareness of agricultural logistics model innovation, improve circulation efficiency of agricultural products, to achieve value-added agricultural products in the logistics process, the establishment of new, highly efficient agricultural logistics model is particularly important.

This article is based on modern logistics theory, relying on different classifications of agricultural logistics model has been divided, after passing through the respective characteristics of different domestic and international agricultural logistics model and its comparative analysis of the actual operating results, compare the various models the advantages and disadvantages of various modes to explore the scope and identify the gap between China and foreign advanced agricultural logistics model between modes, which summed up the development of our country can learn from the experience. 第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景及意义

虽然目前我国农产品物流体系逐渐完善，农产品流通效率得到了很大的提高，但是由于地域及物流技术等因素的限制，使得很多相关企业的农产品物流模式仍然存在很多的不足，农产品在整个供应的环节中损失严重，物流效率低下，严重影响了企业的经济效益。农产品物流模式事关供求双方和第三方支持机构，涉及到多样的供销渠道，各种情况下不同的供销渠道对于农产品供应链上的各个主体产生的效益都会不同，企业只有选择了适合自己的农产品物流模式才能为企业创造最大的效益。尤其是在企业竞争激烈的今天，如果企业不能够及时掌握物流的最新动向与资讯，不能够及时掌握最新的物流技术，不能够及时调整并采用最合适的物流模式，势必会落后于其他企业的发展步伐，最终将沦落于时代发展的大潮之中。这些企业亟待寻求一个能为企业带来高效益农产品物流模式。

近几年来，国外的先进农产品物流经验不断传入国内，国内对于农产品物流模式的研究水平与技术水平也不断上升。在物流迅速发展的大背景下，一大批物流企业如雨后春笋般涌现，其中也包括了一大批像欣晨冷冻食品有限公司这样的农产品物流企业，这些企业间的竞争非常激烈。在此背景下，我们对企业的农产品物流模式进行研究，将有助于企业在发现自身问题的基础上做出改革的举措从而建立起合适的农产品物流模式，帮助企业变革现有的农产品物流模式，增加企业的经济效益，为实现企业目标提供帮助。即为相关企业寻找到一个合适且高效的农产品物流模式，提高企业的农产品物流水平及实际效益。

1.2 研究内容、方法及结构

本课围绕农产品物流模式展开论述，课题从分析目前欣晨公司的农产品物流模式及环境入手，并学习了国内外先进的农产品物流模式的经验，指出欣晨公司在农产品物流模式发展中存在的问题与可取之处，分析了问题存在的原因，并提出在现有条件下改善其农产品物流模式的具体建议。
