摘 要

随着计算机技术和网络通信技术的发展，电子商务的逐渐盛行，校园快递以其独特的市场需求和生存环境蓬勃发展起来，因此校园物流应运而生。伴随高校经济的发展，校园快递业务量的不断加大，随之而来的一些问题也逐渐暴露出来。在现代物流信息技术飞速发展的今天，如何提高快递运输的效率、降低成本、改善快递服务和质量、培养物流人才等，已经成为迫切需要解决的问题，是值得我们物流学者探讨的重大课题。

现代物流信息技术的普及应用，为校园快递提供了良好的创新以及发展支持。在此背景下，本文主要探究现代物流信息技术在校园快递中的应用，从目前的校园快递发展现状入手，结合现代物流信息技术，以东南大学成贤学院的校园快递为研究对象，指出该校校园快递的发展状况以及存在的问题，针对这些问题进行剖析，并提出了在现代物流信息技术环境下改善该校校园快递的具体对策，从而为全校师生提供高质量的快递服务，具有非常重要的现实意义与理论意义。

Analysis of the application of modern logistics information technology in the campus express in ──Taking Southeast University Cheng Xian College as an example

Abstract

With the development of computer technology and network communication technology, electronic commerce has become more and more popular, the campus express with its unique market demand and the living environment of vigorous development, so the campus logistics emerge as the times require.With the rapid development of the economy, the courier business volume continued to increase, the attendant problems are gradually exposed.With the rapid development of modern logistics information technology today, how to improve the efficiency, reduce the cost of transportation, logistics personnel training, improve the quality of service and so on, has become an urgent problem to be solved.It is a major issue worthy of our logistics scholars.

The popularization and application of modern logistics information technology, provides the good support for the innovation and development of the campus express.Under this background, this paper mainly explores the application of modern logistics information technology in the campus express, starting from the present development situation of campus express, combined with modern logistics information technology, taking Southeast University Cheng Xian College for study object, and points out that the development status of the campus express and the existing problems, analysis of the problem and puts forward concrete suggestions to improve the campus express in the environment of modern logistics information technology, it has practical significance and theoretical significance.

1.1研究背景及意义

现代通讯技术、现代信息技术以及物流技术的迅猛发展，为我国的物流信息技术提供了强大的技术支持，对我国的物流行业起到了很大的推进作用。近年来，伴随我国经济的飞速发展，物流业也进入了一个高速发展的时期，在现代经济社会中的重要性也日益提高。作为物流行业中一个重要的分支业务——校园快递，它以其独特的市场需求以及生存环境，逐渐成为各大快递公司的主要竞争市场。然而在愈演愈烈的网络购物里，电子商务盛行的时代，随着校园快递市场的不断扩大，伴随的校园快递的各种问题也越来越凸显了，诸如：人员素质参差不齐、物流信息技术普及率不高、管理混乱等等。随着这些问题的不断规模化，已经对校园快递的发展构成了极大的威胁。如何在现代物流信息技术迅猛发展的背景下，促进校园快递业的稳步发展，已经成为我国物流行业急需探讨并找寻解决方案的一大课题。
