摘 要

物流被称为国家的“第三利润源”，它促进了国民经济的持续发展，并引起了各方的重视。区域物流的发展已经成为提高区域物流发展环境以及区域物流竞争力的重要环节。

区域物流竞争力是指在一定市场环境中，保证一定的社会经济利益，并能比竞争对手获得更多市场占比以及开拓新市场的能力。区域物流是国民经济发展的动脉和基础，长三角作为我国最重要的经济区域之一，提高物流竞争力将非常有利于长三角经济的发展。

本文首先采用文献综述法，结合国内外相关文献，对区域物流和区域物流竞争力做出一定的了解。然后利用主成分分析法，构建长三角区域物流竞争力的指标体系，确定长三角物流竞争力的主要因素。对所构建的初步指标体系进行定量分析，通过大量的数据分析，筛选出评价区域物流竞争力的主分量。接着采用模糊综合评价法，对主成分分析法所筛选出来的主分量进行评价，最后根据产生的评价物流竞争力的主要因素来分析出长三角物流竞争力的增长点以及现存的问题。在此基础上，确定长三角地区的物流发展方向，扬长避短，协调统一，绿色发展。针对长三角现存的问题，提出可行的合理的建议，提高长三角地区的物流竞争力。

The Analysis of Regional Logistics Competitiveness Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method Based on the Case of the Yangtze River Delta

Abstract

Logistics is known as the country"s "third profit source", it promotes the sustainable development of national economy, and attracted attention of all parties. The development of regional logistics has become an important link to improve the environment for the development of regional logistics and regional logistics competitiveness.

Regional logistics competitiveness is that in a certain market environment, guarantee a certain social and economic benefits, and can get more than the competition market share and develop new markets. Regional logistics is the artery and foundation for the development of national economy, the Yangtze River Delta as one of the most important economic regions in China, improve the logistics competitiveness will be very conducive to the development of Yangtze River Delta economy.
Firstly, using the method of literature, combined with the related literature at home and abroad, make a certain understanding of the competitiveness of regional logistics and regional logistics. Then by using the principal component analysis method, constructing the index system of regional logistics competitiveness in Yangtze River Delta, the main factors determining the logistics competitiveness in Yangtze River delta. Preliminary quantitative analysis of the index system, through a large amount of data analysis, screening out the main component of regional logistics competitiveness evaluation. Then by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the principal component analysis PCA are selected for evaluation, according to the main factors of the evaluation of logistics competitiveness to analyze the competitiveness of the Yangtze River Delta logistics growth point and the existing problems. On this basis, determine the development direction of the Yangtze River Delta region, weaknesses, harmonization, green development. Aiming at the existing problems of Yangtze River Delta, and puts forward the feasible suggestions to improve the competitiveness of logistics, the Yangtze River Delta region.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 选题背景及意义

随着全球经济一体化的发展，现代物流已成为新的经济增长点。近年来，我国对物流建设和发展非常重视。区域物流作为区域经济发展的产业基础，越来越受到各地区的重视。长三角作为我国经济最发达的区域之一，其区域经济一体化程度越来越高，区域物流产业也随之逐步发展。与我国珠三角、京津冀地区相比，长三角拥有着环境、政策、经济及文化等优势。这些优势都为长三角物流产业的发展提供了得天独厚的条件。然而在看到长三角物流发展良好势头的同时，长三角物流存在的问题，如：沿海、沿江岸线利用不合理；物流增值功能不强；物流成本偏高；服务方式和手段单一；物流基础设施建设不完善；物流企业管理社会化、专业化、现代化水平较低以及物流资源不能有效配置等问题。

针对以上提出的问题，本文拟利用主成分分析法确定评价长三角物流竞争力的指标体系。同时结合模糊综合评价法，全面的分析长三角区域所存在的问题以及自身的优势。在此基础上，结合长三角的实际情况，分析提高长三角物流竞争力的有效方式，以提高长三角在我国的物流综合实力。因此，本文对于长三角物流竞争力的分析，具有非常重要的实际意义。

1.2 研究目的及研究方法

1.2.1 研究目的

本文的研究目的在于，首先，通过对区域物流竞争力进行定性与定量分析，希望能够准确把握长三角物流产业发展的整体状况与进程，找出长三角物流产业在当前发展过程中存在的优势及问题，为提高长三角物流竞争力提供科学的依据；其次，通过对长三角物流竞争力发展水平的分析，使政府相关部门能够更加全面、深入地了解长三角物流竞争力现状，为政府相关部门做出决策支持提供更多的基础资料以及支持。最后，通过针对长三角物流竞争力的分析，对长三角地区的各个城市提高自身的物流竞争力具有指导作用，同时，对于提高长三角物流产业在全国物流产业中的作用具有指导性意义。

1.2.2 研究方法

本论文在整理分析相关资料的基础上，运用所学过的物流理论、数学理论等方法和观点，拟采用以下几种研究方法进行分析：
