摘 要

伴随着社会经济的快速发展，国内外各行业对电站设备的需求在不断增长，上海锅炉厂有限公司伴随着大趋势，电站锅炉制造业务不断增长。但是在企业业务量增长的同时，该企业的发展质量并没有跟上业务发展的脚步，主要体现在以下几个方面：库存资金占用率过高、库存大幅增长等。怎样去有效的改善企业目前的库存现状，从而可以提高企业的发展速度，使企业走上良性发展的道路。

在本文中，根据所学的库存方法和相关理论，通过了解分析目前上海锅炉厂有限公司原材料库存的状况，找出企业中的库存控制和管理中所存在的问题。依据目前的库存控制的思想，探索大型制造企业库存管理的基本方法。

课题研究主要通过案例数据分析和验证、解决方案的设计、方案实施等过程，从而解决该企业存在的降低生产成本需要持有低库存与提高企业产出需要持有高库存之间的矛盾。根据所学的库存管理方法和理论，针对现有的问题进行分析和挑战，并且提出契合该企业库存问题的解决方案，从而推动整个公司库存管理的改善和提升。同时本文所应用的研究方法以及改进方法，对于其他同类型制造企业具有部分的参考价值。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid economic growth, the demand for power plant equipment in China and internationally is growing rapidly, Shanghai Boiler Works Ltd. surged related traffic. With the plant constantly rising volume of business, the quality of economic operation of enterprises has not been synchronized relatively promotion, one of the main manifestations of rising inventories, funds used on the rise, poses the greatest risk to cash flow. How to further improve inventory management and control, improve the overall quality of economic operation has become a major problem in the enterprise need to be resolved.

Around inventory management theory and methods learned through in-depth analysis of the status of the inventory management of raw materials Shanghai Boiler Works Ltd. proposed the existence of raw material inventory management problems. Inventory control based on ideology, and to explore the basic method of large manufacturing enterprise inventory management.

Process data through case study analysis and validation, design solutions, program implementation, so as to resolve the existence of the business need to reduce production costs and improve inventory held low output required to hold a contradiction between high inventories. According to the inventory management methods and theories learned, analyzed the existing problems and challenges, and propose solutions to fit the company"s inventory problems, so as to promote the company to improve inventory management and promotion. At the same time the applied research methods and improved methods for other types of manufacturing companies with a reference value portion.

1.1 研究背景及意义

制造业是我国目前的社会经济中具有极高的地位和重大的作用。当前社会经济全球化的趋势，知识经济的崛起，市场竞争环境大大不同，用户需要的不确定性和个性化化需求，大大减少了产品的生命周期，企业的产品结构越来越复杂，需要企业提供更加深入的业务与细节，从而可以大大提高企业控制市场资源。当前，库存问题已经制约了很多制造企业的进一步发展，所以，研究制造企业的库存管理问题具有十分重要的意义。

这项研究的基本意义是基于上海锅炉厂通过库存管理问题的分析，公司的库存管理和问题的分析，并找出其出现的原因，其出现和存在的问题的具体情况，并提出解决方案。
