摘 要

物流园区的建设与发展能够将物流企业聚集，提高整合效益；能有效利用资源，减少资源浪费；能改善投资环境，促进城市经济发展；能调整城市的产业结构；缓解城市交通压力，物流园区的规划与运作是物流规划的重要部分，加强建设物流园区不仅提升了物流产业的发展，也能促进物流园区所在城市区域的发展。对物流园区进行科学的规划，统一规划分散的物流结点，把物流园区的各项分散功能整合在一起，同时扩大物流园区的规模，并开创新的物流手段和技术，尽可能减少物流带来的对城市发展的负面影响，甚至有效地改善城市交通和周边环境并更好的优化城市功能布局，增强整个城市的综合竞争力。同时物流园区的规划建设是一个投资巨大、影响长期的城市基础设施工程。因此，加强物流园区布局规划问题理论与实践研究具有十分重要的意义。

根据本文研究背景及研究意义，本文主要研究内容为：

（1）国内外物流园区规划现状，通过比较分析国内外差异，发现国内物流园区平面规划存在的问题，通过借鉴国外规划成功案例，提出平面布局规划方法。

（2）物流园区平面布局规划的内涵。提出物流园区平面布局规划的含义分析其必要性，提出物流园区平面布局规划的初步方法。

（3）分析国内S物流园区面积、交通、功能区等一系列具体情况，根据以上分析提出方法，对S物流园区进行具体的初步平面布局规划。

本文通过分析国内外物流园区规划现状及差异，通过SLP系统布置法对S物流园区进行布局规划。

随着现代物流在全球范围内的迅速发展，现代物流业逐渐成为新的经济增长点。国家也在《“十二五”规划纲要》中强调大力发展现代物流业，且在国家出台的产业调整与振兴规划中首次将物流作为十大振兴规划之一，通过比较多的篇幅系统阐述了现代物流服务体系的建设要求，从体系建设、发展方向、基础设施、主要产品专业物流到地狱区域发展、管理与技术等诸多方面，提出了明确的指引。物流园区的规划建设是促进现代物流发展的突破口,物流园区虽然投资巨大，但是对于城市和社会的发展的影响也是巨大的，因此良好的物流园区布局规划对城市发展具有巨大的影响。

1.2 研究的意义
