摘 要

随着经济全球一体化的发展，物流业已被纳入国家十大振兴产业并正日益成为我国国民经济的支柱产业和新的经济增长点。当前我国物流业已从起步阶段进入到快速发展阶段。

物流园区作为物流系统的重要组成部分，其对区域经济的拉动作用正日趋显现，对城市经济、交通、环境等发挥着越来越大的影响。但由于部分政府一味寄希望于物流园区的建设来复苏经济，导致盲目的物流园区建设反而给部分地区的经济发展带去了负面影响。因此，以当地的经济发展状况及其他因素科学合理的进行物流园区的功能定位，决定着物流园区的发展方向，是物流园区规划、建设工作中的首要环节，也是物流园区得以有效运作的前提，具有十分重要的现实意义。

本文通过对物流园区功能定位方法的研究，发现现有功能定位存在的问题，使得在新建物流园区时能够进行合理的功能定位，有效整合企业的物流资源，使企业整体优势得以发挥，提高物流经营的规模效益，并有助于整个社会物流合理化。

The Research of Functional Positioning Method of The Logistics Park

── A Case Study In S Logistics Park In Nanjing

Abstract

With the development of economic globalization， the logistics industry has been incorporated into the national top ten industrial revitalization and increasingly becoming a pillar industry and new economic growth point of Chinese national economy. Chinese logistics industry has entered the initial stage to the stage of rapid development.

Logistics Park as an important part of the logistics system， its stimulating effect on the regional economy is becoming more apparent， the urban economy， transport， environment plays an increasingly huge impact. However， as part of the government hopes construction of the logistics park blindly to an economic recovery， leading to construction of logistics parks but blind to some areas of economic development brought adversely affected. Therefore， local economic development and other factors scientific and rational functional positioning of logistics parks， determining the direction of development of the logistics park， and further affecting the logistics park construction and operation and other aspects of the follow-up， logistics park planning， provided the primary link building， but also to the effective functioning of the logistics park， has a very important practical significance.

By studying the function of the logistics park positioning method， finding problems in the existing functional orientation so that when the new logistics park can be reasonably functional positioning， so that enterprises can effectively integrate logistics resources to play their overall advantage and achieve integrated logistics management， logistics management to improve economies of scale and help society as a whole logistics rationalization.
