摘 要

上世纪九十年代是经济发展的大爆炸时期，经济全球化掀起的巨大浪潮席卷了全世界。多边贸易的进一步发展和经济全球化进程加快催生出一种新经济——区域经济。新中国在这场全球的大浪潮中充分意识到其重要性积极开展对外开放实现区域经济一体化。随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的进一步加速,新兴产业物流产业已经成为国民经济发展的一颗闪亮的明星，他以迅猛的势头成为中国新的经济增长点,促进区域经济的快速发展与强大的作用不容忽视。近年来在国家的大力支持下,中国物流行业取得了巨大的发展,但由于发展时间太短,很多问题开始出现。不完整的基础设施,总体规模小,经营方式落后,物流供需不平衡不仅是制约物流发展的同时也造成了物流产业和区域经济协调发展。

本文参考物流理论和区域经济理论、区域经济一体化和共生理论和其他相关科学理论。对物流产业和区域经济的协调发展进行了研究,根据物流这一新兴行业的行业特点和对区域经济的发展历程,协调区域经济的发展和物流产业的产业发展之间出现的问题,优化资源配置,促进区域物流服务能力的提升和区域产业结构优化和升级,实现物流产业和区域经济的健康、协调、可持续发展。

Research on The Plane Layout Planning of F Logistics Park

Abstract

Since the 1990s, the rapid development of economic globalization and multilateral trade created a new economic mode - the regional economy, regional economic integration began around the world. In recent years, the strong support of the state, China"s logistics industry has made tremendous development, but due to the development time is too short, a lot of problems began to appear. Reference herein logistics theory and regional economic theory, regional economic integration and symbiosis theory and other scientific theories. 第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景及其意义

90年代以来，随着经济全球化的加速，多边贸易却发展缓慢甚至停滞不前，导致区域经济合作在世界各地蓬勃开展起来。在各国为了抵抗经济危机冲击而实施的贸易保护主义的刺激下，建立自由贸易区开展区域经济一体化成为不可阻挡的时代浪潮，双边和区域自由贸易区（FTA）在各地区迅速建立，更多国家已经开始将自由贸易区提升到和WTO一样重要，甚至更优先考虑的地位，并相应地制定国家战略。区域经济一体化的浪潮席卷全球，新中国也充分认识到参与到其中的紧迫性和重要性，并采取了一系列的行动。区域经济合作已成为一种新的方式，进一步开拓中国市场，并提高了中国在周边贸易的地位，但看看他们的过程和取得的成果，我们可以发现现有中国自由贸易区“各自为政”的局面，缺乏适当的长期规划。

随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化的进一步加速,物流产业已经成为我国经济发展的一颗冉冉升起的新星，他以迅猛的势头成为国民经济的新增长点,促进区域经济的快速发展与强大的作用不容忽视。近年来，随着逐步落实国家的利好政策和区域经济发展战略，中国的物流业取得了长足的进步，但总体而言仍存在规模小，经营方式落后，物流供需失衡物流等这直接导致了物流业的发展不协调和区域经济问题。目前，在经济关系和区域物流业进行更多的研究，大多集中在这两个机制的互动有助于物流业等的经济增长，并制定协调物流产业和区域经济的机制，如何协调，而在区域协调差异也比较少见。

由此可见，物流业与区域经济协调发展的研究是符合中国当前需要的，我们需要了解和探讨区域经济发展对物流产业作用和意义。并相互协调、共同发展、实现双赢。

1.2 研究思路及其内容

本文的研究思路是利用共生理论并从区域经济一体化的角度着手的，符合了当今全球经济发展的趋势。同时也从物流产业和区域经济本身来找原因。文章分为三步：

（1） 首先对物流产业和区域经济这两个实验的主题进行分析和研究，充分了解其内容。
