摘 要

随着快递企业在我国的蓬勃发展，快递企业的营业网点在城镇的分布状况也成了快递行业和城镇居民关注的焦点。营业网点是快递企业和客户直接打交道的媒介，它所处的地理位置也是衡量快递企服务质量的一个关键指标，在一定程度上，它也代表了企业的整体形象。但是现在城镇快递的网点布局还存在很多问题，有些网点过于密集而有些网点过于分散，无论是太密集还是太分散都会影响快递企业的整体服务质量。因此，当前优化城镇快递的营业网点的布局是快递企业提高自身服务质量和加快发展的前提条件。

本文在其他研究者的相关研究基础上对快递业和城镇快递目前的网点分布状况进行了详细的分析，指出了目前城镇快递网点分布存在的一些问题。接着再分析城镇快递网点选择需要考虑的原则和影响因素，包括四大原则和三大影响因素。找出了网点分布存在的问题后就应该找方法解决，本文又针对城镇快递网点分布存在的问题提出了几个解决方法。最后再以盐城市滨海县东坎镇为例，找出盐城市滨海县东坎镇快递网点分布问题并进行优化。

Study on the urban business outlets layout strategy of express enterprises

Abstract

With the development of express enterprise boom in China, express enterprise business outlets distribution in cities and towns has become the focus of attention of the express industry and urban residents. Business outlets are express enterprises and customers to deal directly with media, a key indicator of its geographic location is also a measure of express enterprises and service quality, to a certain extent, it also represents the whole image of enterprise. But now urban express network layout still exist many problems, some outlets too dense and some outlets are too scattered, whether it is too dense or too dispersion will affect the overall service quality of express enterprises. Therefore, the optimization of urban express outlets layout is the express enterprise to improve their service quality and accelerate the development of the premise.

Based on other researchers in the related research of express industry and town express current distribution network are analyzed in detail, points out some problems existing in current urban express branches. Then analysis of urban express site selection principle and influence factors to consider, including four principles and three major factors. After finding out the problems existing in the branches should be to find methods to solve, in this paper, aiming at the existing problem of urban express branches again several solutions are put forward. Finally, yancheng east camp in binhai town, for example, find out the distribution of yancheng east camp in binhai town express network and optimize it.

近几年，随着我国电子商务和经济的飞快发展，快递业也飞速成为物流行业的一支潜力股和发展重点。快递企业之间也开始进行激烈的竞争和角逐，业务量的飞速增多致使快递在各城镇的营业网点成为各快递企业竞争的焦点。营业网点的布局是否合理关系着企业的市场竞争力和可持续发展能力的高低，所以网点布局策略的研究不仅具有重要的理论意义，还具有巨大的实用价值。当前城镇快递营业网点的分布存在两大问题，一是过于密集，二是过于分散，这两大问题导致营业网点在很大程度上影响了快递企业的服务质量，因为营业网点不能达到客户的要求。对于营业网点布局策略的研究大概包括网点的数量，网点的层级和网点在不同空间的布局等相关因素，如果将这些因素进行优化，快递企业的服务水平和服务质量也将会得到很大的提高。快递企业在城镇营业网点的分布在快递企业长远发展中发挥着无可替代的作用，只有对城镇快递企业的营业网点进行研究并对其优化才能提高快递企业的运营质量和服务水平。
